Terms & Conditions
Prices, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. We require that contract printing customers read all of the information below before submitting your contract application or order to Create Manufacturing. We encourage our clients to review all applicable pages on our web site for update information before placing orders. We reserve the right to use any design printed by Create Manufacturing in future promotional places such as catalogs, fliers, web sites, articles, or any other promotional or informational material. If you do not wish to be included, please send a written request along with your purchase order. By submitting your contract screen printing account application or placing your order with Create Manufacturing you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below.
Payment: 50% of the invoice balance is due before the production of the purchase
order and the remaining balances are due upon completion of order prior to or at
time of pick up or shipment. We accept cash, checks, pay pal, credit cards (American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa, and most debit
cards). If an invoice is not paid within 10 business days additional financing changes will apply.
Minimums and volume discounts: We have a 12 minimum order requirements for screen printing, embroidery & heat press services. As far as cut and sew services, we have a minimum of 300 per style. If the same art-
work is printed at different sizes for screen printing, embroidery and heat press,
they are considered different designs, priced and billed accordingly. For manufacturing services, the same unit price applies to all sizes.
Turn around time: Turnaround time is 10 business days from the time that final
art/design is received, final mock ups are approved, and all garments are received at Create Manufacturing. We may complete your order sooner than 10 days, but quicker turn times is not guaranteed without a rush charge. Turnaround time on orders over 1,500 pieces are by estimate only. To guarantee quicker completion rush charges may apply.
Holidays: Create Manufacturing offers its employees 4 paid holidays each calendar year. These holidays are not business days so please consider them in regards to turn around and rush charges. New Years day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas.
Art: Final print/design ready files must be sent according to the specifications on our website. Print ready artwork will not incur any additional fees. If further
art work is necessary, art time will be estimated and billed per project basis. Artwork must be submitted with a corresponding purchase order. Art files should be named in correlation with the job named and PO. Create Manufacturing will print art files as they are received, we will assume that all images have been sized for final print dimensions.
We will provide one mock up on our own template in PDF format free of charge for every order. Additional mock ups on our template are available upon request and will be billed at the current rate. Approval of mock ups on our template are required regardless of how detailed client provided mock ups may be, including reorders, and must be approved by e-mail or fax. Create Manufacturing will not be held responsible for any misspellings, grammatical errors, or any other design flaw.
Printing on Darks: Screen printing plastisol on dark garments requires an additional underbase/print in order for the colors to be opaque and for pantone matches. Add one additional color for each print location on the garment. Light and dark colored garments often cannot be mixed within volume discounts. Please check with us beforehand if you are unsure whether or not garment styles or colors can be combined for orders.
Pantone color matching: You can choose any of the colors from our house color list at no additional charge. Custom pantones that are not on the house color list will be billed at current rates. Color and pantone matching on textiles is not exact or guaranteed although we typically are able to print colors very close, if not perfectly matched. There may be a reasonable variation in color due to a number of factors.
Image and print size: Art and graphics submitted to us by the client must be sized in accordance with the garments to be printed. On orders containing multiple garment styles, graphics must be sized for the smallest garment in the print run. For example, within an order containing standard t-shirt sizes and youth t-shirt sizes the graphic cannot be sized larger than the maximum print area of a youth t-shirt. This condition typically applies to woman ‘s garment as well. Please allow for a quarter inch in any direction for graphic placement variance.
Misprint Allowance: When printing on customer supplied garments, we require a 10% misprint allowance with no penalty to us. We strongly recommend that you order extra garments in each size, style and/or color in the event of misprints. Exact quantities are not guaranteed and are available on rush orders. Create Manufacturing will not be held responsible for consequential damages such as profit loss on spoiled goods.
Manufacturer Defects: Create Manufacturing is not responsible for mistakes or
defects on behalf of the manufacturer or distributor: Mislabeled sizes, inconsistent coloring, dye lots, manufacturer garment defects, etc. All garments will be counted in bulk (dozens, or however they are packaged by the manufacturer). We cannot inspect each garment or count them in individually. Manufacturer and distributor defects or mis-shipments will delay production until all garments are received. It is highly recommended to order more garments than needed for each size. All additional garments will be included in the print run and we will bill for what is printed.
Customer Supplied garment: We require contract manufacturing clients to provide us with a detailed list of garments including manufacturer, style number, color size, and quantities of each to be manufactured/printed prior to order confirmation. We may be unable or refuse to manufacture/print on certain garments based on garment content.
Proofs and samples: Digital press proofs (a photograph of the first garment printed are available with a 15 minute window for approval. Additional charges may apply if we cannot reach the customer or if we do not receive a response within 15 minute window. Additional charges may apply for digital press proofs based on the complexity of the print, and the amount of time on the press, which will be billed at the rate of $20 for each additional 15 minute increment of time. Additional charges will apply if there are any changes to an order or design after a digital press check. Pre-press production samples cost $75 per color printed, per location and are subject to standard turn time. For manufacturing goods, sample prices vary based on designs. Costs per design are based on estimate only. We do not offer in house press checks.
Shipping: Create Manufacturing will ship UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Shipping is not included in estimates or turnaround time. We can ship third party on your UPS account. Blind shipping is available. Create Manufacturing is not responsible for any loss, damage or shipping delays caused by a delivery carrier. All outgoing shipments are packed in new corrugated boxes free of vendor markings or labels.
Receiving your order: We encourage you to check the quantities and quality of the garments you receive from us immediately. Create Manufacturing cannot be held accountable for defects unless contracted within 48 hours of delivery.
Order cancellation: In the event and order needs to be cancelled, customer will be billed for all completed work including art time, proofs, screens, patterns and
digitizing fees, ink mixes and all other work performed. No cancelations are accepted on rush orders.
User Subjectivity: Create Manufacturing stands behind the quality of our
manufacturing. We will reproduce your garment onto the garment or substrate with maximum accuracy, quality and consistency. The satisfaction of the end user with the final printed product is subjective. We offer detailed mock ups (approved by the client is mandatory for every order), digital press proofs or pre production samples for end service. We operate under very specific and numerous quality finished product, we will not be held responsible for end user subjectivity.
